Preparation:

Fill your pot with 200ml water and place it on the stove.

Turn the heat to medium intensity. Add your desired dose of coffee (1tsp for single dose-2 for double) and sugar if needed.

When the coffee starts to sink in, stir it several times.

As the surface coffee fully foams, turn down the heat and move your pot away.

Pure the coffee into your cup, quickly at first, then slowly. Enjoy!
