White Truffle Carpaccio has a refined flavor, pungent sweet that settles well with the bold body of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in which it is naturally preserved. We seal premium quality in a jar and deliver it to you with care so as to savor unique moments of the highest pleasure. However, once heated White Truffle loses its entire flavor, therefore, it is added as garnish.
