Kourabies is a traditional dessert baked on Christmas. Additionally, locally around Greece, people make Kourabie for festive reasons. Traditional recipe with chunky pieces of roasted almonds, vanilla aroma, rose water drops, butter. A gracious layer of powder sugar in gives a burst of sweetness with each bite.
