Return/Cancellation of Order

The buyer has the right to an unjustified return of non-perishable products ordered through the online platform within (14) days, if they are in excellent condition, received without damage, without any defect, complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging) and accompanied by proof of purchase. It is a necessary requirement that you notify us by phone at (0030) 2103463694 or electronically at the following addresses: [email protected] or [email protected], in case you wish to return your order must definitely include the proof of payment. In the case of an unjustified return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For food, beverages and products intended for immediate consumption, the purchaser has the right of unjustified return only at the time of delivery of the order.

If the above suggested procedure is not followed or if the legal requirements for accepting the return of the product are not met, the product will be returned to the customer, who will bear the packaging and shipping costs.

The DSAM reserves the right to legally amend the terms and conditions of this “PRODUCT RETURN POLICY” by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on this website.

In the case of repeated returns by the same customer, the company reserves the right to:

  • Either to refuse to accept the return of a product due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement, even if the above terms and conditions are met.
  • Or to refuse to send a new order

Defective Product

The transport costs in case of a defective product are borne by the DSAM.
