Saragli Traditional sweet pastry is a syrupy sweet, with chopped almonds and peanuts. The almond filling is wrapped in many layers of thin pastry to form a “sausage”.
Each pastry sheet is carefully brushed with milk butter. After baking, each saragli piece is dipped in honey syrup. This is dripping in sweetness!

Ingredients: filo pastry [wheat flour, water, starch, salt, preservative potassium sorbate, calcium propionate, acid (citric acid)], syrup [water, sugar, glycose, acidity regulator (citric acid, tartaric acid)], vegetable fat [soybean oil, palm stearin, palm oil, colour (b-carotene)], almonds (7%), honey (6%), peanuts (5%), milk butter.
