Saragli Traditional sweet pastry is a syrupy sweet, with chopped almonds and peanuts. The almond filling is wrapped in many layers of thin pastry to form a “sausage”.
Each pastry sheet is carefully brushed with milk butter. After baking, each saragli piece is dipped in honey syrup. This is dripping in sweetness!
